Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Sur, head south on Al-Ma'aref Street towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront promenade, known as Corniche Sur. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the sea views. Once you reach the end of the promenade, turn left onto the coastal road (Route 23). Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you see a sign for Khor Al-Batah خور البطح (Khor Al-Batah). Continue walking straight, and you will arrive at the location which is known for its beautiful natural scenery.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Sur. Start from the main square and head towards the Corniche. Follow the same route as the walking directions, but you can take advantage of the bike lanes along the coastal road. Cycling offers a quicker way to reach  Khor Al-Batah خور البطح, and you can enjoy the fresh air and scenic views along the way.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  Take a local bus from Sur city center heading towards the coastal areas. Ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to Khor Al-Batah خور البطح. The journey should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you get off, walk towards the water and follow the signs for Khor Al-Batah  خور البطح. Make sure to confirm with locals if you're unsure about which stop to get off.
