Bilad Sur Fort is located in the Wilayat of Sur in the South Al Sharqiyah Governorate. It is an ancient defensive fortification distinguished by its strategic location overlooking the sea. It is a square-shaped building with a wooden gate protected by strong copper nails. It is surrounded by an outer wall topped by four towers ranging in height from 13 to 15 meters. The walls of this wall are distributed with projections, cannon openings, and serrated balconies. It has windows of different shapes and sizes and openings for lighting and ventilation.
